Novedades Agricolas is committed to new heating systems as Underfloor Heating in their APR greenhouses.
Several studies show the effectiveness of the underfloor heating as the best heating system for both cold and heat.
The PRECOST&E study carried on by the Polytechnic University of Madrid (SCI - Research Group in Construction and industry) ASPRIMA sponsored, prove that the energy efficiency depends not so much in economic investment as the following factors:
- A design that combines and articulates compactness, orientation, percentage of voids, solar protection and thermal insulation.
- Efficient production of heating systems with condensing boilers, low temperature emission system underfloor fuel and natural gas.
Novedades Agricolas and its APR Greenhouse Export Department, install underfloor heating systems in order to improve energy efficiency within each of the heating compartments for greenhouses.
The tubes used for hot water circulation are made of crosslinked polyethylene with oxygen anti-diffusion layer (EVAL) that prevents the diffusion of oxygen and prevents oxidation of the metal boiler components.
This system is also fully certified and complies with the regulations of underfloor heating installations. UNE-EN-ISO 1264.
