Novedades Agrícolas has adquire the new Hanging Gutter machine for their APR Greenhouses.

The main goal is the construction of equipment for intensive agriculture, more specifically the manufacture of gutters for hydroponic system in APR greenhouses. 

This machine is designed to manufacture suspended gutters for Hydroponic growing with recirculation in the farm and customizable to the measure of each farm in length. This makes it easier to install and transport to the greenhouse and reduces storage and logistics problems.

This machine for APR greenhouses has a diesel engine that is moved by chains with rubber protection and incorporates the online gutters manufacture system. This assembly is designed for the maximum use of the water with nutrients, taking into account the large dimensions of the greenhouses, and facilitating the reuse of drainage water, with the consequent cost savings in both water and fertilizers.

Currently hydroponic crops have been extended in greenhouses and intensive agriculture. Fruit and vegetable crops using hydroponic techniques increase production yields considerably, but require a specific means and equipment to perform these crops efficiently.

One of them is suspended longitudinal gutters growing that allow the placement of the plants in such a way that the fruits are easily accessible and ergonomically the cultivation work is more comfortable for the operator.

This machine is especially suitable for large greenhouses that require hydroponic growing systems. It stands out for an in situ installation in one piece, without joints or intermediate connections.

This new acquisition of Novedades Agrícolas for its APR Greenhouses factory would be the second in the last years, resulting positively in greenhouses manufacturing process, making Novedades Agricolas the industry leader in Spain.
